Impulse dazu gaben die Jurymitglieder Martina Rissmann, CFO von BCG, Christina Reuter, Head of DDMS bei Airbus, Patrick Staudacher, CFO von Lufthansa Airlines, Birgitta Wolff, ehemalige Pr\u00e4sidentin der Goethe-Universit\u00e4t Frankfurt, und Sebastian Matthes, Chefredakteur des Handelsblatts.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vordenker haben \u201eL\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Probleme gefunden, die es vor der Krise nicht gab\u201c, sagte Martina Rissmann. \u201eEs ist faszinierend zu erleben, wie schnell Antworten entwickelt werden.\u201c Und Sebastian Matthes erg\u00e4nzte: \u201eWir fokussieren uns zu oft auf die Menschen in der ersten Reihe, statt auf diejenigen zu blicken, die in Zukunft den Ton angeben werden.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Brigitta Wolff will auch in Zukunft die digitalen M\u00f6glichkeiten nutzen, um die Pr\u00e4senzlehre zu verbessern. Unternehmen wie Forschungseinrichtungen werden weiterhin den pers\u00f6nlichen Austausch brauchen \u2013 in einem neuen \u201eNormal\u201c.
