Jedes Mitglied erh\u00e4lt \u00fcber das Panel und die Challenges<strong> der VORDENKER:INNEN-COMMUNITY<\/strong>\u00a0eine Stimme, die auch geh\u00f6rt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Ob Talente aus gro\u00dfen Konzernen oder mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen: Alle Berufssparten sind gefragt. Die Aufnahme folgt nach festgelegten Kriterien, um ein einheitliches Exzellenzniveau zu garantieren. So sollten Aspirant:innen bereits <strong>eine Position im mittleren oder h\u00f6heren Management<\/strong> innehaben. Sie weisen ein hohes eigenes Engagement auf, verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber soziale Kompetenz und wollen die Zukunft von morgen schon heute mitgestalten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mitgliedschaft in der <strong>VORDENKER:INNEN-COMMUNITY<\/strong>\u00a0erfolgt nur auf pers\u00f6nliche Einladung der Jury und erfolgreicher Anmeldung und ist nicht \u00fcbertragbar.<\/p>\n<p>In jedem Jahr gibt es\u00a0ein
